The Creation of the Jedi Creed

The Council's triumvirate felt it was time for a new direction, due to the oasis of new works becoming of existence. They decided to form a new website. To accomplish this, they formed a new layout, rearranged references, added introductions, gather ensembles of lectures and stories, and created a new visual style.

They also decided to change their name. The name "Jedi Creed," created July 21st, 1999, came from a suggestion Relan Volkum presented. Both Mitth'raw'nurida and Streen felt this name would best describe their new identity.

Every little detail was looked over and redone until it was just right. Mitth'raw'nurida carefully created the colors, graphics, and structure from illustrative ideas each of the members presented, making sure the pages of the website were at optimal efficiency. Relan Volkum, on the other hand, carefully edited the existing writings to make sure they were free of errors, as well as providing a consistant flow of ideas. Streen provided lessons focusing on the physical aspect of the Jedi, an aspect which was greatly lacking. A contact area was created, along with an updated discussion forum, a stronger set of hyperspace links, and a new (and better accessable) domain name.

Together, they conjured a fantasic and professional work which had its debut August 6th, 1999. A work that still holds up today.
